Builds the setManager transaction that makes a wallet a manager of a whitelist, or removes it. Only the list’s owner signs it, and only the instance that keeps the list builds it. Record the change with Confirm Whitelist Manager. A manager lists and removes wallets on the list, with the same reach as the owner, and cannot add or remove managers or transfer the list. Adding the market’s lender of record as a manager is how a whitelist gate gets maintained by the lender itself. Get Identity Gates offers that step ready-built.

A manager decides who passes every gate the list serves, also on a market or vault of another instance that installed the list. Managers stay in place when ownership moves, until the new owner removes them.
