Reads the whitelist’s events from the last block its record has seen up to the chain’s settled head. It records every member listed or removed, every manager added or removed, and the owner and pending owner. Use it after a change signed outside these routes, or when a confirm call was never sent. Nothing is signed.
One call reads at most 20 windows of 10,000 blocks, and stops early once about 4,000 events have been read.
complete: false means the record has not reached the head yet: call again until it reads true. Each recorded change is written to the audit log once per transaction, marked as found by a rescan.
The list must be kept by your instance, or owned, managed or pending to one of its verified wallets.
