Returns the ERC-3643 security tokens imported into your instance and still active, newest first. These are the tokens you can open an order book on.
Only tokens whose framework is recorded as ERC-3643 appear. A token imported under another framework is not tradable on this venue, because the settlement path depends on the T-REX delivery role.
Importing a token is a separate step from opening a book on it. This endpoint shows what has been imported; Create Order Book is what makes one tradable.

decimals here is the token’s own decimals. Order quantities are order book units with 6 decimal places, and the book converts between the two. A token with fewer than 6 decimals constrains the quantities it will accept; see Units and decimals.curl "https://api.trusset.org/orderbooks/external-securities/api/security-tokens" \
