This view is factory-wide, not instance-scoped. It lists every market on the network your instance resolves to that is currently seeking a lender of record, including markets deployed by other issuers. It is the only endpoint on this surface that is not limited to your own instance’s markets. Nothing here is actionable through an API key: an institution takes the role from its own Trusset issuer account.
