Whether this instance asked for proofs to be required.

Whether they actually are. This is true when the instance asked for it, and also when the network’s trust anchors require proofs whatever the instance set. Gate your flow on this field.

integer

How old a bundle’s batch date may be before it is refused.

proofVerificationEnabled and proofVerificationEnforced differ whenever the network requires proofs and the instance did not ask for them. The setting is what you chose; the enforced flag is what a submission will be judged against.
