# Get Claimable

> What a wallet can withdraw from the market now

> Seller Financing is in beta and runs on Ethereum Sepolia instances only for now (`DEVELOPMENT` instances on Ethereum). A `PRODUCTION` instance, or one on another network, answers `503 SELLER_FINANCING_UNAVAILABLE`. See [Seller Financing](/endpoints/seller-financing/introduction.md).

Returns the payment-token balance the market holds for one wallet and that wallet can withdraw with [Withdraw](/endpoints/seller-financing/withdraw.md). The market pays nothing out on its own: every amount it owes waits here until its owner withdraws it.

What adds to a wallet's balance:

* **Seller.** Its share of every interest payment, when the payment arrives. The full price, when the loan is repaid in full. The compensation and the interest owed, less Trusset's share, when it liquidates.
* **Buyer.** Its refund, when the seller liquidates.

One balance covers every listing of the wallet on this market.

On a custody market the answer also carries `collateralEscrow`: the asset the custody adapter holds in escrow for the wallet, because the token refused to return it on a cancellation or a liquidation. It is reclaimed with [Claim Escrowed Collateral](/endpoints/seller-financing/claim-escrowed-collateral.md), not with [Withdraw](/endpoints/seller-financing/withdraw.md).

**marketId** `string` *required*

The market's record ID, as `id` on [List Markets](/endpoints/seller-financing/list-markets.md).

**address** `string` *required*

The wallet to read.

## Response Fields

The wallet, checksummed.

**claimable** `string`

What it can withdraw now, in the payment token's smallest unit.

**claimableFormatted** `string`

The same in whole units.

**collateralEscrow** `string`

Custody markets only. The asset the custody adapter holds in escrow for the wallet, in the asset token's smallest unit. `"0"` when there is none, `null` when the adapter could not be read. Absent on a freeze market.

**collateralEscrowFormatted** `string`

The same in whole units of the asset. `null` when unread or when the asset's decimals could not be read.

## Error Codes

| Code | HTTP | Cause |
| - | - | - |
| `VALIDATION_ERROR` | `400` | `address` is malformed, the zero address, or fails its EIP-55 checksum |
| `MARKET_NOT_FOUND` | `404` | No market with this ID that your instance reaches on its network |
| `CHAIN_UNAVAILABLE` | `503` | The market could not be read. Retry shortly |
| `SELLER_FINANCING_UNAVAILABLE` | `503` | The instance is a `PRODUCTION` instance or not on Ethereum |
| `CLAIMABLE_READ_FAILED` | `500` | Unexpected failure. Retry, or contact support with the request ID |
