# List Pending Markets
> List markets published as seeking a lender of record
Returns markets the lending factory publishes as seeking a lender of record. See [Lender of record](/endpoints/lending/introduction#lender-of-record).
This view is factory-wide, not instance-scoped. It lists every market on the network your instance resolves to that is currently seeking a lender of record, including markets deployed by other issuers. It is the only endpoint on this surface that is not limited to your own instance's markets. Nothing here is actionable through an API key: an institution takes the role from its own Trusset issuer account.

Markets to return. Minimum 1, maximum 100.

## Response Fields
Markets seeking a lender of record.
Market contract address.
Collateral token.
Collateral token name.
Collateral token symbol.
ISIN recorded on the collateral token, or null.
Collateral token decimals.
`FREEZE` or `CUSTODY`.
`NAV` or `MARKET`.
Price oracle deployed for this market.
Interest rate model.
Insurance fund.
Collateral adapter.
Liquidation router dedicated to this market.
Identity registry for the collateral token, or null.
Settlement token (stablecoin).
Settlement token symbol.
Settlement token decimals.
`true` for every row in this view.
Null while the market is seeking a lender of record.
`UNDECLARED` until the role is taken.
Liquidity the lender of record commits on adoption, in the borrow asset's smallest unit. `0` before adoption.
Whether the market is offered to every approved lender of record, not only to the named candidates.
Share of post-infrastructure interest the deployment offers whoever takes the role, in basis points. This is the economics of the offer: read it before deciding.
The wallet that deployed the market, or `null`. The deploying company is the natural candidate for the issuer field when the role is taken.
What the market's identity registry answers and whether the market can work with it. `shape`, `usable` and `note`, described on [Get Market](/endpoints/lending/get-market#response-fields). A market whose gate is unusable cannot be adopted at all.
What the importing issuer published about the underlying instrument: `securityClass`, `maturityDate` and `perpetual`. `null` when nothing was published.
`ISSUER_ASSERTED` when the summary above came from the issuer's own record, `ABSENT` when there is none. It is never a Trusset verification.
Addresses nominated for the role.
Factory generation that deployed the market.
Total markets seeking a lender of record.
Applied offset.
Applied limit.

## Error Codes
